At Chan Luu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned jewelry or apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
